We are an Ideal Boiler Accredited installer which means you will benefit from a 10 or 12 year guarantee depending on the model of Ideal boiler chosen, instead of their standard guarantee period. Alongside being Ideal accredited, we also often install other well-known boiler brands if you have a particular one in mind.

Sometimes we can look at moving a boiler somewhere else in your home, for example in the loft to maximum space in another room. This is something we can discuss with you and if it is an option in your home.

Usually a boiler installation takes around 1-3 days to upgrade and we appreciate you are likely to be living in your home at the time so we are always conscious to install your new boiler as quickly as possible, whilst maintaining our high standards throughout.

We promise to take away your old boiler and any rubbish, and once the installation is complete we will register the boiler and activate any guarantee. Once to hand we will provide you with all the appropriate paperwork for your boiler including the Gas Safe Certificate of Compliance, a completed Commissioning checklist and the Guarantee to keep safe for when you service your boiler and if you decide to sell your property.

Oil boilers are a popular choice of heating a home where there is no gas, and we visit properties who heat their home with oil on the outskirts of Exeter and the wider Devon area.

Upgrading or installing oil heating is two-fold requiring an oil boiler and oil tank.

We can deal with the entire oil boiler installation, including any works which are required to install a replacement tank (if necessary). This usually involves laying a concrete base for the oil tank to sit on, and the installation of a fuel line to the boiler. We will also discuss with you any other additional work which may need to be carried out in relation to the oil tank in order to comply with current Building Regulations. Again, it is important to have to current documentation if and when you decide to move home.

Importantly, we are OFTEC registered business which means we have undertaken training courses and assessments and are inspected regularly by OFTEC officers to ensure our work meets the required standards.
